We recommend booking at least 14 days ahead for standard trips, and 30 days ahead for custom itineraries or peak-season travel. Last-minute reservations may be accommodated subject to availability.

In the unlikely event of a breakdown, our 24/7 roadside assistance team will dispatch a mobile mechanic or tow service within 2 hours, and arrange a replacement caravan if needed to keep your journey on track.

Extensions can be arranged up to 48 hours before your original end date. Simply call our support hotline and we’ll check availability, adjust your itinerary, and process the additional days on the spot.

We send a detailed pre-departure checklist by email 3 days before pickup, covering packing tips, route maps, safety briefings, and how to use every onboard feature. A live orientation is also provided at handover.
